Episode 5: The Art of Saving the World

Episode 5 is out! In a special episode, we get the chance to discuss The Art of Saving the World, by Corinne Duyvis. We talk about whether the genre-blending of sci-fi and fantasy worked for us, the emotional beats of the characters, and the subversion of the fantasy tropes. This is also an ownvoices review, and we talk about Hazel's portrayal as a ace lesbian with anxiety.

You can listen on Anchor, Spotify, iTunes, or whichever podcast site floats your boat!

Thank you to the publishers for providing us with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All our opinions are our own.

Our next episode will be on Every Heart a Doorway, by Seanan McGuire. We will be going back to our regular schedule, so that will be out in 3 weeks on a Friday.
