Episode 11: Only Ashes Remain

 Episode 11 is now live on Anchor, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and everywhere else podcasts are usually found! This time we discuss Only Ashes Remain, the second book in the Market of Monsters series, by Rebecca Schaeffer.  

In this episode we talk about the book as a sequel - where did it succeed, and where did it fall short? We also talk a lot about the choices of the characters, theorize about the third book, and laugh at the unintentional (or not?) hilarity in the story! 

If you didn't listen to our episode on Not Even Bones, the first book in the series, we'd recommend that you do so before listening to this one!

We discuss the pacing, how the book reveals important plot points, and the lack of development of the characters.
